Motark licenses proprietary compositions, standardised extract specifications, method-of-use IP, and formulation engineering to pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and regulated-wellness counterparties. Each licensable asset sits in one of the four register categories above.
Counterparties engage through verified review under NDA. Outline terms are circulated only after the diligence pack has been signed off. Portfolio detail is not published.

- Per-jurisdiction or worldwide licences, with exclusivity tiered by territory, channel, and indication where applicable.
- Exclusivity
- Exclusive, co-exclusive, and non-exclusive structures depending on the asset and the counterparty's commitment profile.
- Commercial structure
- Upfront, milestone, royalty, or hybrid structures. Material-supply terms negotiated separately or bundled.

- Full technical, regulatory, and freedom-to-operate diligence pack available under NDA to verified counterparties.
