Partnerships are structured as multi-year supply arrangements with documented intake specifications — varietal, chemotype, post-harvest handling, and primary processing. The model favours fewer, deeper relationships over breadth.
Counterparties auditing supply chain credentials receive the documented partner register, intake assay history, and chain-of-custody packs through the Document Centre under NDA. Direct partner introductions are arranged where the counterparty's programme warrants it.
